Toman Motors, a family-owned company based in Rynholec (Rakovník district), is looking for candidates for the position of Receptionist & Back Office Specialist. You will play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you are looking for a job where no two days are the same, this position is exactly for you. Join us!

What will your job involve?

• Running the reception desk.
• Receiving, sorting and distributing mail and parcels.
• Ordering and managing office supplies.
• Communicating with clients and suppliers.
• Occasional work with invoices and preparing quotes.
• Organising and coordinating meetings, planning tasks for the service team.
• Taking in service centre orders.
• Placing orders to keep the service centre running.
• Preparing insurance and leasing contracts.
• Administrative support for the company owner in his daily tasks.

What are we looking for?

• Completed secondary education with a school-leaving exam.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Professional manner and the ability to learn new things quickly.
• The ability to solve problems independently and manage your time effectively.
• Computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of the automotive industry are an advantage, but not a requirement.
